Log Viewer also acts as an information hub since users can scroll through other data log uploads to see common trends in similar ECU types and make decisions based on crowd sourced information. New dealers looking to become part of our Global Tuning Network are required to meet our requirements in not only technical knowledge and ability, but in providing a high level of customer service to the end user. Contact Information: Our platform is primarily online. Technical support, tuning information, and tuning is all done through our online ticketing system. Dealers must be aware and able to regularly check and respond to email as the primary means of communication with Diesel Doc and custom tuning requests. Updates and important dealer information is also pushed through our email database.

Whether you are a repair or performance facility, all dealers are expected to have a basic level of tuning knowledge. This is important for providing a top level of customer service. While our calibration team and sales team do provide dealer support to help you succeed, we rely on our dealers to understand the information that we provide.
